SIMON BOWER has over 6 years of retail leasing experience working with some of Toronto’s most visible landlords and tenants. Street front urban retail properties represent the core of his business as well as investment sales. Simon’s in-depth knowledge of the GTA market has enabled him to successfully guide his new and existing clients with the execution of their real estate strategies and growth.
Previous to joining the Corbo and Kelos Group; Simon worked for the prestigious boutique real estate brokerage RKF Canada. Recently he has secured numerous locations for Playa Cabana, Orange Theory Fitness, The Food Dudes, Spin Co., Sir Corp, and other high profile tenants.
Simon’s recent notable transactions include the leasing of four strategic locations in the King and Portland neighbourhood alone, Commerce Court, the new Rio Can Econdo at Yonge and Eglinton and The Shops at Don Mills. Simon has completed transactions with an impressive list of landlord clients, including Allied REIT, Rio Can, DREAM, Cadillac Fairview, First Capital, Slate, Quad Real and many more.
Prior to becoming a retail real estate agent Simon owned and operated multiple independent high profile and award winning restaurants in the city of Toronto; and ran his own wilderness white water canoe tripping company and was a creative writer in the advertising industry.
