Born and raised in Toronto, Quentin Tobe is a REALTOR® with experience in residential and commercial real estate, representing a wide variety of clients from first-time home buyers, sellers, investors, commercial landlords and industrial end-users.
With a client-focused approach and a strong work ethic Quentin developed a solid reputation with clients, his co-workers and other realtors. Having worked for several years in the real estate finance industry he is very familiar with and tuned into the GTA real estate market enabling him to quickly expand his practice.
Quentin recognizes and values the trust that clients place in their realtor and consistently strives to exceed their expectations. He takes pride in acting with honesty, transparency and integrity while always focused on the client’s best interests. Quentin carefully guides his clients through each step of a transaction, providing clear and comprehensive advice utilizing his knowledge of contracts and of the applicable regulatory and legislative regimes. These skills help his clients avoid the pitfalls, make informed decisions and achieve their objectives in a challenging market.
Quentin has sharp intuition when developing relationships not only with clients but following through and partnering with co-operating brokers, mortgage agents, home inspectors and legal support to ensure the successful completion of transactions.
