Originally from Peterborough, Nicholas has called Toronto home for nearly a decade. Nicholas has closed deals from Whitby to Etobicoke, however, his specialty is in the East York region. Nicholas’ strong negotiating skills ensure he secures the best deals for his clients and will always put their best interests first. With a keen eye for property value and exceptional knack for understanding exactly what his clients are looking for, Nicholas has found countless dream homes for his clients.
